kmfarrell Hi Jannell- i believe that I received your order from Heathersink instead of mine. I did submit a claim to PoshMark and am just waiting to hear back from them on what action is to be taken. I wrote to Heather and told her that I would send the items to you and she said because the order had already been already been shipped then it was out of her hands. I am new to PoshMark and I don’t want my order anymore but I’m sure that you want yours.

kmfarrell My customer received your shirts. A case was opened with Poshmark and your shirts are being forwarded to you and I hope that her shoes will be going out to her. Please look at your emails and get back to me tomorrow and let me know what it says for you to do. I apologize for this mix up and Helensink should have gotten ahold of you to apologize for the first error. I’m sorry again for any inconvenience this whole mess has caused you. Please get back with me tomorrow. I was in bed.

jannell5 @kmfarrell I received the shoes on 4/22, opened the case with Poshmark on 4/23 and they sent me an email yesterday (4/24) asking for 'clear, non-blurry photos of the box with the shipping label in full', which I sent this morning. I am waiting for a label to forward the shoes to your customer.

kmfarrell @jannell5 I know I received your three shirts back and I never got an email from Poshmark with a label for you. So I found my old label and I’m just going to copy that and the post man is picking it up this morning. Hopefully you’ll have it by Tuesday I would say it’s 1 to 2 day priority but tomorrow is Sunday so you know they don’t work on Sunday

kmfarrell k on Sundays maybe you’ll get it on Monday. If you don’t have an email from them regarding the shoes By mid afternoon today I’ll send them a message and have them email you one ASAP. Unfortunately they have to come back to me and then I have to resell them to the original owner which is my customer.
