lolas_boutique_ @jannine48001 hey I’m so sorry you don’t like your ring. I am in tears right now over this review. This is terrible for my closet and all the hard work literally day and night I have put in to help my husband raise our four very small grandkids. I’m so sincerely sorry you didn’t like the ring, it’s not a polished silver but a textured like all I have to go on is what the manufacturer tells us. lolas_boutique_ I certainly don’t want you upset with it. I have reordered these several times and have had so many to love them so I figured they were a good item that people loved. I will look into the materials and ask them for a certificate. Can you please open a case with posh and would you please kindly take that comment off. That hurts me more than you know as a seller. I work VERY hard, my daughter is disabled and we have the four kids 100% to fund.

lolas_boutique_ My sales will plumit with this. I have no way just like other sellers to know what’s in every item, we trust the manufacturer. I am sincerely so so sorry. I am just sick right now. I hate for ANYONE to ever be upset . I will for sure take what you have said and investigate the ring as i do not want to lie or be deceitful in any way at all.

jannine48001 That's not fair and very unprofessional. The ring I received from you is very cheap. Some of the black on the tail had already come off in the packaging, and more flaked off when I picked it up. I won't be wearing it because the material is rough. I don't know how any buyers were happy with this ring. No it wasn't expensive, but it's a waste of money regardless. I don't think anyone else should waste their money.

lolas_boutique_ @jannine48001 what was very unprofessional? I ask you to send it back. I can only go on the stamp inside and what I am told by the manufacturer. I have sold a lot of them and people have loved them, that’s no lie. I said I was very very sorry that you felt this way and ask you to send it back. It’s simple to do. Posh will send you a label and refund you right away. I’m so so sorry about this.

lolas_boutique_ @jannine48001 I also stated that it was a textured material and not a polished silver. I have no idea what it is if it’s not silver because that’s what the stamp says and that’s what I am told. I feel terrible that you are upset. I don’t want anyone to be upset I want you to be totally happy with what you get from me so please send it back. It’s easy to do.

lolas_boutique_ @jannine48001 and I think you might have gotten a defective one because I have never had any other complaints about the black coming off or I wouldn’t sell them for sure. I wear one regularly and so does my granddaughter and ours both are still fine I just checked them. If they were chipping off and I saw it INWOULD NOT be selling them to people. I don’t want to sell junk nor waste anyone’s hard earn money. I am a very honest person and would never be deceitful.

lolas_boutique_ @jannine48001 I would love to refund you and for you to be happy. I could send you another one that’s not chipping but you said you don’t like the texture. So im not sure how else to handle this. I wish there were something I could do to make it right for you. The only thing I can do is refund you. If you open a case posh will send you a label for a return, 15.00 is not worth a customer being unhappy to me. I had much rather you be happy.

lolas_boutique_ @jannine48001 how about if I send you a pair of my hand made earrings? Most are 925 silver hooks and posts or stainless steel to prevent any sensitivity with Tibetan silver charms or silver plated charms, I have enamel charms copper, lots of new Halloween charms I could make you something with I have lots of charms, if you tell me what you like I will see if I have anything related. I feel really bad you are unhappy. You can still send the ring back.
