The pricing is kind of hard for me to understand as well, for some things I’ve found maybe it’s not worth posting, but then again even if you don’t make a profit on one specific item at least it puts you out there in poshmark space and gives more people a chance to find you. Also There’s a bundle option which makes more sense for buying & selling (esp. for) low priced items.

I don’t think ppl have to be following you to see your items, but if they are they might happen to see more of your items as you post them or come back to shop in your closet again and find new ones. A way a user might find you without being a follower is if they’re searching for example, for a specific Vera Bradley pattern they love and you’ve just posted one in this pattern. Your listing should come up in their search

Then they might follow you and in the future when you share things it will come up randomly in their feed. This is just my best understanding how this works. Like I said, I’m new to this too and I’m not a super smart tech person, and I’m not used to social media-type things either. Hope this is somewhat helpful!!! 💕

@spunkygen I know I let time go by before asking you if I can return these shoes, & they are really nice as you described, but I wondered if there is anyway I could return them to you for even a partial refund, they are just too high for me in the heels. @janus660 I’d rather not do a refund since money is tight for me being a single mom of a disabled daughter. But if you really want to return them I’d give you the $9 for the shoes back even though I only made $7.05 on them with the Poshmark fee. All the shipping costs you’d have to eat. To get your money fully back it would be best if you listed and sold them on your site.

@9saratogasal enough money to contribute cuz the cause is close to my heart but we’re caring for our adult son who has mild autism & isn’t on disability but has a job just doesn’t make enough to live independently but he’s 32 so we r trialing it now which after this year we won’t be able to help since my husband is retiring in Jan next year.

@dash3140 u go to your stats page & look at your purchases & if it’s within 3 hours of the sale u cancel there by reporting a problem & it’ll ask, was it a mistake purchase or several other options

@crumpler2 I don’t remember what else I bought from u. The Med or small won’t fit unless pit to pit is more than 20”. But I like the little girl coat size 12 mos leopard print & I like the comfort shoes no laces size 8.5 & I like the boys Spider-Man shoes size 6 or 7, & the purse I couldn’t remember if I had bought or not. @rdwing yes, I am sure it’s what u r describing. I couldn’t tell if it was a bracelet or a necklace but it does seem too long to be a bracelet. Many things were so tangled but I untangled it the best I could but there still might be one switch that it needs but it has the tiny black heart. I didn’t want to break it so I left it as it is. I’m sure it’s fine though, not broken or anything.

@rdwing yes, I sent it out Tuesday afternoon it was supposed to be picked up from a mailbox that’s pick up was at 7. So hopefully u will get it tomorrow? I hope. I put two extra stamps just to be sure cuz I had sent something to my sister in law a couple months ago that she didn’t get for about 2 months cuz there wasn’t enough postage so didn’t want to take a chance!

@janus660 I’m so glad for you! Things going well here too. Mother in law got covid after fall but was asymptomatic so I guess that’s the best of any outcome. I was worried they would push her out but they kept her until she was testing negative. I don’t know where she could have gone if they did push her out. 😱

hi Janus, I hope I got all your questions answered. about the issue of the weight and number of items. the most i could do would be 7 items per bundle. especially if they are all shoes. anymore than that and it becomes difficult to move them to and from the vehicle. You should consider the Zara suede pants in my closet! They look great on! Good color that goes with everything. Beige or Tan in color suede pull on, no zipper! Very sliming! I have them in a few colors! Super comfortable

The Zara pants are a med. they small zipper at the ankle. They fit like leggings. Look great with a short or tall boot! I will drop the price to $15 now on them.

Hi Janus-I saw that you’re a Posh ambassador so I’d love to ask you a question about shipping large items. I’m thinking about listing a comforter and I notice you have some in your closet. Queen comforters are big! When you’ve sold them does the usual fee for shipping cover it or have you needed something for an oversized item? Thanks for any advice you can give me!

@djridder So far the largest one I’ve sold was under the 5 lb limit. Not sure if it helps the weight but I will usually put in a bag and squeeze all air out then tape it. At least it makes it a smaller box to ship it in. My guess though if it’s a king size you might have to get a larger ( more costly wt label) so make sure you price accordingly cuz it’s crazy expensive of any increase!
