Hi Janyetta, I just read what happened with the heel and feel absolutely terrible!! I am SO sorry that happened to you, at a celebratory event of all places 😩😔 As a newer seller I’ve never had anything like this happen before but I am really grateful to you for bringing it to my attention so that I can be more aware of that in the future. Can I ask where exactly on the heel it broke (too, middle, bottom) so that I can test out any other shoes to make sure this doesn’t happen again?
