jackiecampos18 @kathleen3046 No it looked fine I saw it was double wrapped and everything but when I opened little bananas had feel off and one was completely off the hook one is in pieces.

kathleen3046 @jackiecampos18 this is difficult situation as I noted earlier due to amount of time that has passed. I think you have 2 options...contact posh support and advise your situation, second which I would use is post office claim. Posh is very strict on timeframes, but with p.o. the shipping fee includes insurance. Fill out insurance claim- but I have no idea how long will take
