@layakiii I dropped it off at the post office this evening. I got called in to work before the post office opened this morning. On the bottom right of your screen, next to your news feed you can go into your stats, purchases, sales, ect. If you click purchases, right now, or soon, it should say pending USPS scan. Once the p.o. scans it in it will change to shipped. At that point, you can touch shipped and actually track its progress.

Posh sent me an email lastnight saying strawberry earrings is being sent back to me because overweight or something wrong but I didn’t receive it back today and updated tracking before it said delivered to agent said it was in Anaheim distribution center so it looks like it’s still on the way to you.

I’m trying to get another label from posh and I will just send another pair them in cause. I think what happened when they scanned it they didn’t can as accepted to post office they did something else. I’m not sure I’ve never had this happen before and for some reason it happened with both the orders shipped yesterday.

“Dear Jaqueline,
Whoops! Your Poshmark purchase "Strawberry Earrings" has been routed back to the sender. This usually happens when the package is overweight or packaged improperly or when there are difficulties recognizing your address...”

@thecandistore So I believe the earrings are being sent back to you. And then Poshmark confirms with you and sends you a new label. It’s okay, I’ve never had this happen either. But there is no rush, as long and you or I don’t have to pay for a new shipment label and they take care of it. I don’t mind waiting until they finally get here. ☺️👍🏽

Ok yeah it’s really weird because I shipped it like I have all my other ordered and never had this happen it’s definitely not over weight limit and the label was one posh sent so I’m not sure. I didn’t receive it back today so maybe tomorrow or it could be in the way to you if I or you don’t receive it by Saturday we can just cancel order but I will still send you pair 💕

@layakiii I received a email from posh saying they sent you an email to confirm your address once you do they will send me a new label. I haven’t received the earrings back yet and my other package that was scanned like your finally made it to the person so your earrings might still be on its way. But just reply to posh and they will send me label I’ll send you the strawberry ones and pick another pair you would like I’ll put in for free 💝

@thecandistore I did, that’s the email I received yesterday. I confirmed the address I have on file. 🤔🤔🤔 And the email says the correct address and it says to let them know immediately if my address is different then what they have on file which they have the correct address. Idk what else to do?!?

They confused me a bit with the multiple emails asking for information and then when I’d reply I’d get another email letting me know it was an email you couldn’t reply to. 👽🙏🏽 Glad thats over though. 💖💖💖
