jrod3030 @mandy_beautiful 11 days after the purchase? When I purchased it said 1-3 day expedited shipping. I understand a day or two past that but 11 days to ship seems excessive. I’m sure you can understand from a buyers position.

Since you’re not shipping the shoes until 11 days after payment has been sent, will you be willing to agree to a lower price for the wait?
