emeraldco thanks for the offer on the chacos! I realized the size 12s have some gunk on the bottom (happy to send a photo!) from being tried on. They're still essentially like new, but it's not fair for us to sell them as new. If you'd like them still let me know and we can settle on a fair price a little below your offer. Thank you!!!
