In fact, the transaction still says “awaiting shipment” and it gives me the option to cancel tomorrow. How disappointing. I understand these are difficult times but do you think you might have the gray pants available again?

loulourae @jaritzamilca I’m so sorry that the TEA mug was broken ☹️ I thought that I had packed them both really well, hoping to avoid that possibility. I’m more than willing to give you a refund on the whole order or send another mug (just not sure how to go about it) I don’t have an issue at all if you want to open a case with Poshmark and see what they can do 😊 Again I’m so sorry 😞
