shibalseki Hi! I just my packaged has returned back to sender. Not sure why this has happened but will you be shipping them back out?

jglover88 @shibalseki Hello, Thank you for your inquiry in regards to your package. I’m not sure why the packaged was returned back to sender. Unfortunately I could not hold the return. I tried to re-download the shipping label, however I was unsuccessful with retrieving the new label from Poshmark. If there is anything else that you may inquire on purchasing from my closet, please let me know. I apologize in regards to this matter.

jglover88 @shibalseki Good morning, Moneys aren’t released to the seller unless the purchaser has received their item. I can file a claim through Poshmark customer support to let them know that 1 the item was resent back to sender and to see if a refund is pending back to purchaser since no item was ever received. Please let me know what we can do both together so that your refund is released back to you.
