canduslynn You gave me a 4-star review for saying that the hat looked black in the picture. If you would have looked the Poshmark description The colors were clearly stated as gray and white. I am not deserving of a four star review for this reason if you are not happy with the hat I would rather you send it back to me because it is only $8 and I do not want it to lower my seller rating.

jasalynpaige @canduslynn I don’t believe there is anything wrong with a four star review. Yes it is listed as Grey, but the pictures make it look black or a very dark grey. Additionally the hat was smooshed flat from being shipped in a soft package. Not everything is 100%. I am happy with the hat but don’t feel it was accurately depicted and was shipped in a way that caused it to be bent.

canduslynn @jasalynpaige Was the brim bent? Would you like a refund?.... I ship all clothing items in an envelope (unless they are too large) As do MOST retailers.
