macdougall6871 @jasie21 I know. I am so sorry. It was a gift from friend. I took her at her word. Posh didn't say bag counterfeit, but did make general note about being careful on listing details in the future. I already contacted an independent authenticating service to have bag looked at when receive it back. It was never my intent to misrepresent the bag to you on any level. Confused, but relieved you will receive money back. Please accept my sincerest apologies.

macdougall6871 @jasie21 I guess it is all in the listing verbiage. I didn't have full provenance on bag so should not have listed as new without tags. Used verification service they recommended and LOL....bag is authentic with certificate of authenticity. Going to list with another company. I just wanted you to know I wasn't trying to deceive you.
