morganmerchat Hey girl, I saw you left me a 1-star review because you never received your item, however according to tracking it was delivered on July 9, 2020 at 10:55am. Is there any way you can take a look at tracking? A 1-star review is in no way indicative of my seller performance & I apologize you didn’t receive your item, but I packed & shipped it in a timely manner, USPS lost it or it was stolen. Would you be able to reconsider your review? I’d be happy to send you tracking info as well

morganmerchat @jasmine_slovak go through Usps and submit a claim!! Because they are insured packages you can be reimbursed for the full amount (tax, shipping, item cost), I’m sorry you didn’t get your kini:( poshmark prob won’t help you because it’s past the window of payment hold, Usps will credit you though!! I’ve done it before. Hope this helps
