Jasmine, you had made an offer on my WVU windbreaker/rain jacket. I listed it as a rain jacket because that's what it looks like to me but it does not say that it is waterproof. I just changed the listing to a windbreaker, I will make you a counter offer but I did want to let you know so you didn't think I was trying to deceive you. Sorry about that, I should have looked a little better.
