chris5583 the candle you ordered smells like cotton candy is smells so good I almost wanted to keep it for myself but decided to make somebody else happy and sell it this candle is to die for you will love it! and it's very strong if you love the smell of cotton candy you will love this! I'm not fond of eating cotton candy but I do love the smell of this candle its amazing lol I just wanted to give you a heads-up of the scent in case you didn't know have a good night and thanks again! ❤Christina

callmecordelia Hi Jasmine, you purchased the XL Burberry Shopping bag from me. I just noticed that it has not started tracking. I want to assure you that it was shipped on Saturday afternoon. I will keep an eye on to when it begins to track. I will, however, say that once or twice an item never started tracking and was delivered. Kate

callmecordelia Hi Jasmine-still no delivery. Not sure how it works or how long you have to wait to ask them to please release your funds but – doesn’t look like it’s going to show up does it? Sorry that I didn’t get to you, these things happen occasionally I’m just glad it wasn’t like a leather Burberry bag... Kate

jasmineg17 @callmecordelia Still no delivery, sadly. But you're right, it would have been so much worse if it were an actual purse. Either way, you're still an amazing seller for checking up on everything. Do you know who I can contact to for a refund? I've never had this happen.

callmecordelia @jasmineg17 Hi Jasmine, sorry for not answering earlier Dash I thought I had but I think I was in my car when I read your question about who to contact regarding releasing your funds. You would go to the bottom right corner where your call name is and press that then you’ll see a list of options. Go all the way to Poshmark support center and you can be prompted from there to ask for your funds to be released because the package never came. Thanks again for purchasing for me. Kate

PM has a protection plan which refunded you and paid me-so we were both fairly compensated and welcome to Poshmark-it’s a great site which fairly deals with buyers and sellers.
