jacksonsgems Hello I am Sorry that you have had less than Steller experience with your order. I did not know that the Zipper was broken, as for the smell I am not sure what that could be as I Wash and store all my items in individual bags. However I would have Wished you would have contacted me or poshmark to make it Right. I am happy to offer a refund, plz open a case with poshmark for a refund.
