goldenstategems @jtaney click on the "news" icon and in the top right corner it will have an icon called "offers" and you can see active offers you put in, and others put in for your items

goldenstategems Before making an offer its best to bundle the items first. Because when it gets reversed I've noticed it glitches out. Plus if they accept your offer on the one item, and then accept the bundle it charges you for shipping twice. I would comment on the users profile to let them know :)
