Jason, Mornin’Jay here with the Salomon jacket. Packing it up last night I saw that the zipper is missing a pull. Zipper works 100% with no issues whatsoever. And, the jacket is perfect. Zero flaws.I checked Amazon, a three pack of replacement zipper pulls is around five dollars. I understand if you do not want to complete the purchase. No problem. If you look closely in the pictures, you can see it. If you are ok with the sale, it will be at the post office today.

@jelliotgood looking at the pic the actual zip appears to be broken, as if it will need more than just the pull. Is that just an optical illusion? Thanks for the heads up. Don’t worry about shipping today - not in a major rush! Want to figure this out first.

No. The zipper is self is 100%. What area of the photo are you looking. Happy to re-check. I disclose everything in my listing and I feel badly about not mentioning pull on the zip. Only because I didn’t see it. Other than that, it’s 100%.I made Jayne pretty much a five star rating after selling dozens and dozens of items. I’m super honest about what I sell. Whatever works for you is fine. Thanks.

Jason. Just checked zipper itself. All zippers are working 100%. The zipper pull is the only issue.

@jelliotgood when you say the zipper pull, I’m thinking of the tab that dangles from the slider, which is the component that physically locks the teeth of the zipper together. The photo looks like the slider is broken, as if it will have to be replaced too, along with the missing pull tab. Could be looking at it wrong but if it’s just the tab, I think I could work with it. It is ONLY the tab. Slider works fine. Everything else is perfect. I will send you the Amazon link in a second.Any issues, I would take it back immediately with no questions asked.

Dude. Guess what I just found… Zipper pull. it goes perfectly with the jacket. I stopped on my way home and found one for you. And, it goes really nicely with the jacket. (Since the jacket is already re-wrapped, I’m just going to put it in a Ziploc bag and tuck it into the box for you. Thanks!

Rad place to live! Boulder is the cleanest town in history, Denver has Red Rocks, and Veil made me light headed while performing - highest venue we ever played. Altitude and other things 😂 haha!
