I work very hard to make my customers happy. My products are very good products, taken well care of, many of them brand new, and I take pride in knowing that my customers are satisfied. Please allow me to send something to you, out of my closet, as a free gift to you, for the fact that you said the packaging was inferior when you received the shirt. It would mean a great deal to me that you revise the rating that you gave me. It’s the first rating I have ever gotten that it’s below a 5.
