posh_patsy Hi Jason, I am SHOCKED at your report. Those boots were supposed to be brand new! I bought them at a yard sale some time ago; I don’t even remember where, so no recourse there. I’ll ask Poshmark if they will reverse the sale. I don’t know the procedure if there is one. Sincere apologies.

posh_patsy Hi Jason, I did contact Poshmark to ask if they could reverse the sale but they told me all sales are final. I thought the buyer could initiate a return if the merchandise was faulty. I am so sorry but I don’t know what I can do. Maybe a cobbler or Gotilla Glue?🤔🤞
