Meet your Posher, Javella

Hi! I'm Javella. Growing up in rural north Alabama, my mother and I spent many Saturday’s in the fabric store picking patterns and fabrics for our next dress. My mother taught me to dress for my body type and how colors, textures and prints worked together. Fast forward to today and I’m still using those skills she taught me in both fashion and home design. As for fashion, I’m into Lululemon the most now because I workout seven days a week to fight early onset Parkinson’s Disease (exercise is the only thing that slows the progression). I’m also switching from big bags to smaller bags - Tory Burch is my new go-to. My fashion sense is bolder too as I approach my 60’s… I wear things because I want to instead of letting them hang in my closet. Why? Because I can! The day might come when I can’t wear the dress or the high heels… I wear them now because I can!
