xoxococojay @lookhautecoutur @lookhautecoutur I wasn’t rude and it’s not my job to provide customer service last time i checked. I was simply asking if it’s new or used. I have this coat in black it’s old. It came out in either 2010 or 2011. I’m pretty sure i paid just under $400 directly from northface, so i’m not paying that for a used coat. That’s why i was asking if it was new or used.
