jonicalewis I am sorry you don’t understand how Poshmark works, but your inexperience is not my fault. You could have asked for clarification or help. 1) There are no questions from you on my account. I looked to see if I had missed something. 2) When you buy on Poshmark, THEY immediately take the money from your account. A seller doesn’t get $ until the buyer releases it by “accepting” the order or automatically on 4th day after delivery. I have no control over this.

jonicalewis 3) Imagine my own surprise when I see a buyer accepts an item less than 24 hrs after purchase, before I even have a chance to ship! That was clearly an error, but it is YOUR error. You should have your item soon and it is very unfair for you to rate me poorly because of your mistake. I hope you have the decency to fix that once you get your item. If you need help, ask. I will help you. But that should be the first step. Not lashing out.

j_mengarelli @jonicalewis I am so sorry that you feel like I was “lashing out” at you. I was/am clearly frustrated, but everything I wrote in my comments was accurate. I made no false claims nor did I exaggerate my experience. I simply conveyed MY reality, at the time. I have since made several purchases from other sellers and I get both an email with status info, as well as updates on “My Purchases” page [including tracking info]. But I am sure you already know this.

j_mengarelli @jonicalewis So when I got emails and updates from Sellers for purchases that I made after you accepted my offer, I thought something was wrong or I was just impatient. You are correct, that I did prematurely click an “accept” button, believing that I needed to also accept the offer…. My bad, I know better now. And it goes without saying that I will certainly update my rating positively. I am so looking forward to receiving that jacket. Thank you.

jayyy_marrr I'm not quit sure how I can improve on my shipping time when it was literally shipped next day. It's not my fault you live on the other side of the country. That should not cost me a star.
