quinnie159 Hello, my name is Tammy and you just purchased the Christmastime set of 15. I’m not sure what or how it happened, but the set of 4 desert plates are missing. I have a set of 8 additional large plates and a set of 4 additional bowels that I will send in place of the 4 missing dessert plates if that is acceptable to you or we can cancel the purchase. Again please accept my apology for this inconvenience.

jaybrena Hi Tammy! Thanks so much for reaching out, I'm sorry for my delay in getting back to my emails. I didn't have this app on my phone, but I do now. :) I appreciate your replacement offer and will happily accept that. I understand that these things happen, and I really appreciate your effort in making it right. Do I need to do anything else?

jaybrena @quinnie159 The order arrived today, and although it seemed to be packaged really well, the bottom two plates (serving) are shattered. :((( It’s heartbreaking. It seems they crumbled under the weight of other 12 plates, and probably negligent handling by USPS. I have pictures. Is there anything we can do?

jaybrena Actually, 4 other plates are damaged, too. :’( That’s 2 total loss, and 4 damaged. The rest appear to be ok, although the bowls are surprisingly small. I’m currently looking for other serving platters listed....

quinnie159 Hello Jaybrena, first of all, I'm so sorry to hear the plates and serving platters were damaged or shattered. If I remember correctly, we did not have the (4) smaller plates and substituted 8 larger plates in their place. If 4 of the plates were damaged, you should still have the correct number of plates (8). Now for the serving platters. If I had something to replace them with, I would, but regretfully, I don't. With that said, what can be done to help with making this right?

jaybrena @quinnie159 Unfortunately, the serving platters are what I was making this purchase in hopes of getting. The dinner plates are not a sufficient replacement for that, as they are no where near that function. :( The bowls were a nice replacement for the saucers. Was there insurance on this package? I believe we need to make a full claim.

jaybrena As information, There was no bubble wrap on the bottom of the box, which is where the damage was (Just cardboard). And the box was not marked FRAGILE in any way, so I’m not sure what USPS will reply with. Such a tragedy. I’m sorry it happened.

quinnie159 Jaybrena, please note in my comment above that the extra plates would cover the damaged plates and then I enquired as to what we can do to make you happy regarding the serving platers. According to Poshmarks rules, they do not cover broken or damaged items. But I would like to make sure you are happy and asked what I can do to accomplish this?

jaybrena @quinnie159 was the package not insured with USPS?

jaybrena I believe we should make an insurance claim.

quinnie159 with Poshmark they take shipping fees out of the price and we print out a shipping label and drop it off at the post office. It's not like eBay and Poshmark says right on their site they do not cover breakables. There is no insurance to file a claim on. It is for this reason I will no longer be selling breakables on Poshmark. Once again, there is no insurance to file a claim on and I'm asking, what can I do to make you happy?

jaybrena @quinnie159 I suppose we should split the loss then. I’ll have to purchase both serving platters again. Refund $35 or edit purchase charge to that amount. Thanks
