luluandpeach I just received the rating for the presto shorts. These were in excellent condition and freshly laundered before sending. I did not detect any perfume odor! I really would rather we cancel the order. I'm happy to take them back. I'm committed to happy customers and excellent ratings.

luluandpeach PS I have a sensitive nose and detected no perfume odor, except from the detergent which is Downy. But, I'm not doubting you're unhappy. I'm happy to take back the shorts and will pay shipping. I care about getting a poor rating bc truly conscientious and want to maintain an excellent reputation. Thanks. Mary PS. jaydicooper @luluandpeach I have sensitive nose also. I already washed them and the smell is still there. I just sprayed them with anti odor spray so hopefully that will go away. There’s thread unraveling on the inner thigh of the black one and some little rust stains on the blue one on the back and crotch area. If you want I can send pictures. I’ll change the rating if the smell goes away after a couple more washes.

luluandpeach @jaydicooper Please send them back, and I will cover shipping I will refund what you paid. I want to cancel this sale immediately bc I carefully examined the shorts, and there were no issues prior to sending. Again, I am committed to each buyer being completely satisfied. Alternatively, let's cancel the sale, you will not be charged. Please keep the shorts or donate them. My relationship with customers is more important than the very small amount I would generate from this sale.

jaydicooper @luluandpeach I washed them three times already and sprayed them with anti odor sprays and the smell is subsiding. I think after a few more wash and soak with baking soda or vinegar it will go away completely but I don’t have those in my home and I take care of my elderly so I try not to go out in public as much as possible. I’ll change my review soon.

luluandpeach I'm so sorry this happened. I'm guessing the smell is from the detergent Tide w Downy. I did launder the shorts before sending. Vinegar and baking soda are very good, as you suggest. I also appreciate that you're sheltering. PM said the transaction can't be cancelled bc funds have been transferred.

thescottcottage I dont appreciate the 3/5 star rating on an item that does NOT have stains like you say. My photos are clear and if there were stains why didnt you just return the item? I will no longer offer my closet to customers that are clearly never happy based on the above comments. Thanks and have a great day

jaydicooper @thescottcottage Trust me, I wish I could return it. I haven’t had a chance to look at it until today. I can you send you pictures and one of your pictures have that vertical line that I’m talking about. I also ask if there was anything wrong with it before buying it. Obviously you lied. I can change my rating if that’s your attitude. Just trying to be truthful. I probably can’t even wear this skirt
