jaylinepacheco @aribb23 the serial number on the box wasn’t the same as the serial number on the AirPods. they were a gift for my fiancé but he couldn’t connect them to his phone and that was weird to us. they were also making my fiancé’s phone very slow... were yours ok?

aribb23 @jaylinepacheco the only thing I noticed was the back where it says designed by Apple, the lettering was slanted but now I just checked the serial number and it doesn’t match either.

jaylinepacheco @aribb23 so sorry. you can still report her and your purchase to poshmark. they refunded my money. i said they were fake and that she lied saying they were authentic. it was very easy and fast! Poshmark let me keep them so don’t worry about sending them back.

jaylinepacheco @aribb23 go to your purchase history and press report it. it will ask you a couple of questions. you have to say the product was fake and that she lied saying they were real. they will reply to you via email and they will refund your money!
