j0816 @shopofthemoment so I’ve actually had this happen to me before where someone didn’t respond but no one could cancel until after a week or something. I honestly didn’t know I could but I wouldn’t have because coincidentally the same time I was going to ship them, you canceled.

j0816 PM sends you an email letting you know that even though they “refund” you immediately, it depends on your bank when it’s actually accredited back to you. Technically when you purchase anything on PM you’re not actually being charged, it’s just a hold amount. So I never recieved the money, and I wouldn’t have until you accepted the order.

j0816 PM also stated that there wouldn’t be a record of a withdrawal or a refund in your banking account and I’m assuming the reason being is because it’s just a hold. It technically was never taken out so nothing can go back in. It’s not accessible.

j0816 Instead of contacting PM, I would call your bank and they would easily be able to see what the hold is, for how much and should be able to tell you when you’ll be able to access it. This is all just my observation and personal experience with PM and working in retail. I truly apologize I wasn’t able to send you your order within the time frame I was allotted.
