razaaz01 Welcome! poshmark is fairly straightforward. You can message them and ask questions if you need guidance and they are pretty quick to respond. poppyvale Hi Deb from Poppyvale.. I’m having trouble printing your address label ( Sendle is who Poshmark uses and they do all the postage information ) I’m hoping to have it sorted by Friday to post your lovely items but it may take longer .. poppyvale Hi sad news ... Sendle won’t pick up my parcel from my address so I can’t post it yet so I will have to cancel the order .... but I will be going to the city soon and I can keep it on hold for you until I’m back in Newcastle .. it’s complicated all to do with delivery routes ..

edhas_jewelry @mifjeffery4848 I would suggest please go through Posh mark’s return and refund policy. As far as I know you will get a prepaid shipping label to return that. Once the item is returned back then you will get refund from posh mark as We won’t receive payment without accepting the order by the buyer or 4 days after delivery of an order. Hope this helps 🌸
