When a case is opened, the buyer is asked to upload photos and offer details of the item. If the return is verified, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer them a full refund.

She said she is going to mail them tomorrow. That she is at the post office and that they should go out tomorrow.

jaynieaydin Hi~ I might give it one more day we have a rural post office and things sometimes get caught in the back of the mail room and they are slow. If it was too big for my mailbox, which I think, then they will send me a pick up slip. I haven't seen one yet but I will keep you posted thanks!

lacitykitty The Post Master seemed to think this was not a viable concern on my part and attributed delay to Holidays. I spent a message to posh customer service asking for input because I have never been in this situation before. I will keep you posted. I am trying to get this sorted and I'll get back with as i find out more.
