bellove23 @jayredshivey This will definitely help! I also have experience with so many types of waist trainers and I have to say this waist trainer is and will always be my favorite. It’s comfortable to wear plus sucks you in at the right places after about a week wearing it off/on you will see results when not wearing it but once you put it on you won’t want to take it off that’s how amazing it shapes up the body!
