4duffy Hi Ambassador, Help! I need advice! I shipped to a buyer on 10/10. After 3 days, it was still read "needs to be scanned by USPS" in the area where it should read "shipped". I apologized to buyer & she replied that she got it. A post office supervisor said it was properly scanned. I have emailed PM 4 times, NO ANSWER! Buyer says they're asking if she wants a refund! She's told them NO and she has the pkg. They still won't release my funds! 😡 Any suggestions?

I've incorporated those tips and wasn't seeing any change which was why I reached out. Suppose I'll just continue to stick with it, it just gets discouraging when there's not even one sale. You have to build your followers and catch potential buyers attention. Try watching poshmark tips on YouTube. I made a video. It’s the the greatest. But I do share what works for me.
