glitzblitz @jazz1311 I’m sorry to hear your having issues with one of the metallic black weaved earrings 😕 It could be a manufacturer defect. I don’t know of any way to fix that. I’m happy to authorize a return if you’d like me to send another pair?

glitzblitz @jazz1311 Great! Go ahead and open the case with Poshmark (as they handle all returns). Once the case is open, I’ll authorize the return and Poshmark will send you a prepaid return label. I am very sorry this happened, and I look forward to making it right. 😊

glitzblitz @jazz1311 Good point, they won’t. 😕 The only way I can get your address is on a label, which is generated by Poshmark only for new purchases or returns. I wish there were a way around this! If you plan to purchase any other item(s) from my boutique, just remind me and I’ll happily put in a new pair of the metallic black weaved earrings for free. I’m so sorry about this! I hate that there isn’t a way to do exchanges. 😣
