marian_r Hi JB. As I was preparing to mail the Shoes out I noticed that one of the little stem that goes into the hole of the buckle was missing. I am so sorry about that. It’s really not that noticeable. Other than that the shoes are in very good condition.Since you have purchased the shoes already I will go ahead and mail them out to you and feel free to not accept the sale if it doesn’t work for you. Again I apologize for any inconvenience. Have a wonderful night. I will mail them tomorrow.

jbsweetland @marian_r Hi Marion, please don’t send them and save me the trouble of sending them back. The little tab that is missing is what makes the Double Monk strap work. I would have to get them repaired. Which would be a minimum of $25 - $40 dollars. Thanks anyway.

marian_r @jbsweetland Hello. I did reach out to Poshmark’s customer service support this morning . I told them about the situation and also asked them to refund your money. I hadn’t heard anything back from them yet. I may have to send the shoes to you first and then you not accept. I will wait a little bit to see if they respond. I assume you haven’t heard anything from Poshmark.
