akliv907 Hi Jean!! Okay so I just heard back from poshmark about the damaged shipment. They basically said before you accept it in purchases, file a claim. So I can’t file the claim since I’m the shipper but in purchases if it’s damaged file a claim and they can go from there. I hope that helps. Again I am so sorry you had to receive it in that condition. That is not how I sent it and I feel horrible. Thanks for being so patient! 💕
