Hello! I purchased this item yesterday as a push present for my wife. Unfortunately, I am a man and am oblivious to details like the length of the chain, which after due diligence will not fit her at all. I realize (too late) that Poshmark more or less operates as all sales final, but Is there any way I can cancel the order? Hoping we can find a way to do that that doesn't negatively impact you.
