meabates1 @foxrivervalley @meabates1 good morning Jane I am so sorry about the ring that I sold you I was told that it was an opal it looks like an opal and I don't know a whole lot about opals so what can I do to make this better because I have a perfect rating of a 5 and so I am so sad that this has happened to you so please let me know what I can do to change the situation for you😢
