leatherandgrace Hi Jean, sorry to hear the boots don't fit well. I usually just wear a thicker pair of socks when shoes are too loose, but sounds like that won't work for you. They do make some "no slip" shoe backings for heels that I would imagine may help your situation as well - they just adhere to the back, no cobbler required. Otherwise I would suggest reaching out to Poshmark customer care directly to see what your options are. Again, sorry to hear they don't work well for you!

meemee59 @leatherandgrace I am going to try a few things before I let someone start “hacking” on my divine Frye boots. Once a cobbler has reconstructed the interior of the boot, it cannot be undone. Thick boot socks could work in part, with a heel grip as well. I love the overall organization of this site. Shopping to me is overwhelming. Online shopping on Poshmark, gives me an array of boutiques with my favorite brands, in all my sizes, at discounted prices.
