jeanbean32 @msrosered Hi I reached out to Poshmark there policy is you have three days of time if delivery to review your item and to accept the item in that time frame you could have contacted Poshmark which would have gotten to me. They automatically assume you accept the item and release payment. I wish you would have contacted me sooner. Poshmark doesn’t usually return items due to size. I’m sorry they don’t fit they are a 10 some shoes sometimes run smaller depending on the style.

When the transaction already went thru. I’m sorry this happened to you but I don’t deserve a one star rating. I will look into how I can refund your money and you sending back the item. Sincerely JB

msrosered Jean, I would like to thank you for trying to resolve this issue. I have been on contact with Poshmark, since it went past the three day limit, they won't refund anything. I would also like to apologize for giving you an only 1 star rating. I have tried repeatedly to edit my comments, but for some reason, it won't let me. But I will continue to try.
