siriusa Hello Jean, Thank you for teaching me. I just wanted you to know that have other colors of scarves that I will post. Unfortunately there are not many red ones on the market so I have to hold at a higher price. I am willing to negotiate with the other colors when I post them tomorrow. jeanobrien @vets9 I kept trying last night and this morning and I just tried again and I go to accidental purchase and it doesn’t say yes or no or anything I can’t cancel it can you cancel it I keep trying and I I can’t figure out how to get it done

jeanobrien @vets9 I’ve contacted Poshmark support and they told me I can cancel it but I can’t actually do it I don’t know why am having such a hard time and there’s no phone number to call them maybe you could email them and let them know it’s OK to cancel it it’s just not working

vets9 @jeanobrien I looked this up online for you : In the app Click on your Account Tab (@username) 1. Select My Sales. 2. Select the order. 3. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. 4. Select Cancel Order. 5. Select reason for cancellation to complete cancellation.

jeanobrien @vets9 I can’t select my sales because I didn’t sell it and when I go to cancel because it was accidental it will not let me go anywhere it just is stuck there and I’ve emailed them three times telling them that this was an accidental purchase needs to be canceled and nobody’s helping me and there’s no phone number I’m so sorry I’m trying to do this but it’s not working

vets9 @jeanobrien I looked it up a second time for you : this is the correct way - To cancel an accidental purchase In the app, select the Account Tab (@username). ... Select My Purchases. Select the order. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Select Accidental Purchase. Select Yes, cancel.

vets9 @jeanobrien okay, I just emailed on your behalf saying you made a mistake and you niece made an offer of $1750 and that I already packed the item and printed the label but that you are asking to cancel it. I hope they will get back to you. In the future please be mindful that we sellers put a lot of work into mailing our items out on time and it takes resources to pack and print labels when we sell an item. 😕
