cindygalary Jean this Cindy that ordered the black rose gold watch from you in August. I have been out of work because of surgery and did not try the watch until this week and I ask before I bought it did it work and you told me yes that I just needed to take the tab off so I did and it does NOT work. I am very disappointed. I know I have accepted the order and I should have checked before I did but I didn’t so I just wanted you to know that it does not work! The order was under Cynthia Galary

jcs91_closet @cindygalary I tested the watches before shipping them to you, after taking the tabs off you press the knob gently and that should start the watch.
