@azazbc Hello! We apologize for to it order delay! We had shipped your order the day after your purchase date and we see that your order still says pending shipment scan! @azazbc we are sorry to hear of your poor rating due to the postal service bending the box in transit and slower shipping which is a National issue right now due to the pandemic. We wrote you to indicate that the shipping would be slower than usual due postal service reasons. It’s unfortunate that you gave the item a 2 star rating due to the postal service and a bent box which have nothing to do with the integrity and quality of the item you purchased at the deep discount we gave you .

Hi - I just saw your note about the sweatshirt and i am sorry it does not fit you. It was my daughters sweatshirt who is a young adult wears a size small/medium and is approx 135lbs 5’3” so I can truly verify that is not a child’s sweatshirt. In the description I did state it fits more like a small not a medium and fit her with no issues. If you had reached out to me I would have taken it back since you were so dissatisfied.
