cherieblack31 @meanmontanajean Thank you for taking the time to notify us of your experience. Your USPS® Service Request 34028168 has been marked as resolved. After tracking your item, I see the last tracking shows the label was created and item was dropped off at our self service kiosk 12/6. We dispatch our mail several times a day/ daily and have nothing in our building. Please check with the sender to ensure they in fact dropped the item in the lobby drop for processing once the postage was paid for.
