@jfallen013 Hi Jean! Saw your 4 star review and so sorry you were disappointed about the box size with the hat 😓 Online sales are currently my only source of income and really struggling right now. Have had excellent reviews with customers and would have truly been glad to have opened up a Poshmark return for you.

@sunsetgypsy No worries, I love the hat and don’t want to return it. I plan to take it on a trip in April, but I was disappointed that about the brims. Hopefully they’ll shape up. Good luck with your business, you’ll do fine.

@jfallen013 Thank you Jean! I am sorry you're disappointed in the hat brims and worked on finding a good box for USPS so the top of the hat wouldn't get crushed in transit, which was my major concern. With your hands, you can curl the hat brims on each side the opposite direction the way it was in the box and it should go back to regular shape.
