I see you don’t sell on Poshmark and are possibly new to this. If you believe an item has been misrepresented, contact Poshmark. Poshmark decides the outcome. They allow returns at times. Another thing is Poshmark selling takes a lot of time and thought. When you give a poor rating, make sure it’s actually deserved or you are damaging the sellers reputation. That’s just good Poshmark etiquette to not accept an item rather than give a poor rating.
