khigler @mrcsgirl1221 and @babygirl0411 YES I just put last 24 hours and I'm am VERY SORRY. I HAVE a 5 star rating based on being Detailed! I feel AWFUL!. On top of That, one of you left me a 1 star rating?1??. I have a LOVED one in crisis I've had to be on "Watch" for 24/7. Psych Illness. HELPING HER has been a priority & Family needs u u GO .. I've had in INAuthentic items sold to me. Damaged. BAD INTENTIONAL THINGS. This was a mistake but Fixable fast.I had 2 request diff labels. I'll update u both

babygirl0411 @khigler Well the only way anyone could leave you a rating at all is to have accepted the item instead of opening a case.... I opened a case bc I received the incorrect item and wrote Posh to get assistance to fix it instead of me having to pay to ship these back, they would send me a label to ship it back.... If the other purchaser has accepted the item, she’s not going to be able to receive a return label at this point unless she writes Posh to say she accepted the purchase in error...
