Hi! Thanks for making me aware. But I didn’t do anything wrong. I’m a reputable seller. I didn’t list the bag with the big strap and it didn’t come with it. There are a lot of people that I deal with that buy things, use them and then find any reason to return them. I just had someone do that with a brand new pair of heels. Only to wear them and to return them broken. Happy poshing :)
