Poshmark just got back to me and recommended that you could reach out to them about this to help with getting a refund and return label, but that I couldn’t since I’m the seller. So lmk what you’d like to do. I’d like to send you a full refund for the item and pay for the shipping/return shipping if poshmark is unable to facilitate this.
