Hello Jeanette. I'm Jeannette with 2 ns lol. You just purchased levi jeans ... ? I realized I made a mistake on the inseam. The jeans are a size 14/32 waist but the inseam is 30 not 32. Will they still work for you?

@e6wifey oh no, the address that was put on the label is the one you have in your Posh account, Posh provides the shipping labels. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

@e6wifey I wish I could help you, when I look at the Posh tracking in the app, it says that it was forwarded, but it doesn't give details. I had something similar happened to me and I had a lot of trouble getting hold of an agent at USPS as well. I ended up calling the post office directly. Hopefully they get it straightened out and get it to you tomorrow. If you need me to I can pull the shipping label and confirm the street address for you, let me know.

@e6wifey I just heard about the mistake I made in sizing the booties. I thought...seriously? I let posh know that it was 100% accidental error. I’m not familiar with how they handle this, but please know I’ll make sure to make it right if you need addtl help after the claim is processed.
