I have question, I had a thing saying that I had free shipping since I just signed up and I have looked at my card charges and on every order ( 5 total) it has charged me shipping charges for each item. Can you explain that please, bc after all the orders the shipping is added up. Thank you.

The credit should appear if you applied it before you press the order button. If you did that I would reach out to Posh. They are really good about there customer service. Hope that helps a little.
