kellyhuber9 Hello, I am the lady that got the wrong pair of leggings from you. I am pretty new to poshing and was confused by the exchange process. How can we exchange the leggings? I still want the ones I ordered and these others won’t fit, so I would like to return them. The only option posh gave me was to return for full refund.

jeanjohnbishko1 @kellyhuber9 Hi, I am fairly new to this too and I contacted them and said I just wanted to send you the correct leggings and they told me you had to return the wrong ones first for a refund thenn I could send you the right ones. It is confusing to me but I figured they had let you know all of this too. maybe send them an email. It seems we cant do the exchange on our own, everything has to go through their system. I really want to give you the right leggings and I feel bad about the mess up...
